Deuteronomy 11:1-3 – “Therefore, heed to these words that I am giving you today, and do not heed any other words. Take to heart all the words of instruction that I have given you today and pass them on to your children and their children. For these words that I command you today are loving God, your God, who has made you a people out of all peoples under the heavens? And love him with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength. Pay attention to them and keep them as your rule and your guiding principle.”
